These Terms of Service (the "Terms") are an agreement between you and [Company name] ("To XLSX Tools," "we," "us," or "our"). They govern your use of the To XLSX Tools website and conversion service (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. The Service

The Service converts a Word document (.docx) that you upload into an Excel workbook (.xlsx) and provides a link to download the result. The link works for one hour, or until you delete the workbook from the result page. After that, the workbook is deleted and the document must be converted again. No account is required.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service, or older where the law of your place of residence requires it. If you use the Service on behalf of a company or another person, you confirm that you have the authority to bind them to these Terms, and "you" includes them.

3. Your documents

You retain all rights to the documents you upload and to the workbooks produced from them. You grant us permission to receive, process, and temporarily store your files only as needed to provide the Service to you, as described in our Privacy Policy.

You are responsible for the documents you upload. You confirm that you have the right to upload them and to have them converted, and that doing so does not violate any law or the rights of any person. You are also responsible for keeping the link to your result page private: anyone who has it can download your workbook until it is deleted.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• upload anything that you do not have the right to process, or anything unlawful;
• upload malware or anything designed to interfere with the Service;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, its servers, or the files of other users, or probe or test their vulnerability without our written permission;
• circumvent rate limits, size limits, or other technical measures;
• interfere with or disrupt the Service, or send requests in a volume that burdens it beyond ordinary use;
• resell, sublicense, or offer the Service to others as your own;
• violate any applicable law in connection with the Service.

We may limit, suspend, or block access for anyone who violates these Terms or puts the Service or other users at risk.

5. Limits and changes to the Service

The Service has technical limits, such as a maximum upload size, a maximum conversion time, and a limit on the number of requests one client may send in a period. Requests over these limits are declined with an explanation. We may change these limits, add or remove features, or discontinue the Service, in whole or in part, at any time. Where reasonably possible, we will give notice of changes that significantly affect you.

6. Conversion results

Converting a Word document into a spreadsheet involves judgment, and some content has no equivalent in Excel. The workbook may differ from the original in layout, formatting, or content, and some elements may be omitted. When the Service knows that something was omitted or that a workbook is incomplete, it says so in the result. You are responsible for checking the converted workbook before relying on it.

7. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, name, and logo, is owned by [Company name] or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. These Terms grant you no right to use our name or logo. You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service, or reverse engineer or attempt to extract its source code, except to the extent that the law permits this despite the restriction.

WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE, THAT CONVERTED WORKBOOKS WILL BE ACCURATE OR COMPLETE, OR THAT ANY FILE WILL REMAIN AVAILABLE FOR DOWNLOAD. YOU USE THE SERVICE AT YOUR OWN RISK.

Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of certain warranties, so some of the above may not apply to you.

10. Limitation of liability
